We urgently needed air in one of our tires, but the valve stem cap was stuck due to corrosion, so we couldn’t get air into the tire ourselves. We first went to Firestone inside Fort Hood, but they quoted us $115 per tire because they said the sensors needed to be replaced—and they also couldn’t get us in. We tried looking for another shop, but most places required an appointment, which wasn’t an option for us since we had to leave town today. Thankfully, we came across Mavis Tires & Brakes, and they completely saved the day! 🙌 They fixed the valve stem issue, filled our tire with air, and even went above and beyond by doing a tire rotation for us. What really impressed us was that Mavis didn’t even have to replace the sensors because they were still working perfectly fine! They solved the actual issue without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. That honestly says a lot about their honesty and integrity as a business ❤️ The service was fast, helpful, and genuinely appreciated, especially since we were in a time crunch. I Was about to get air for my car and Chris came up and said I will do that for you. Then checked the tire and found the leak and said we can put a patch on this. He got me in right away and was awesome. Didnt have to pump my tire up for me at all and still offered. Remember its 107 HOT outside. Then went to pay and Gary was excellent with me. He gave me all the information I needed even told me about future information about my car. These guys were Amazing. Go see for yourself. Thanks again.

Fantastic Fantastic and yes Fantastic!!! From the moment you walk in your greeted. I was fascinated on how fast and great the service was! They had me back on the road in no time. Spoke to one of the Managers about the metal clanking in my wife's 2022 Vanderhall Venice GTS rear tire. Brought it in and they knocked it out quickly. Come to find out there was a razor blade inside the tire. He provided a good explanation, possibly used the razor blade to cut off the valve stem when replacing the tire. Got the tire put back together in no time. One of the best experiences I've had a tire shop. We will definitely use them from now on.

1. I got 4 new tires from them. The next day my tire alert warning went off. Turns out they dangerously over inflated all 4 tires to 40psi, instead of the 33psi indicated on the driver side door panel. 2. I had to pull over off the highway to fix them. If i didn't have an electric tire pump in my car, I wouldn't have been able to determine the problem or fix it. 3. When i called and spoke to the manager, Gary, he said there were a few things he could do for me and that he would look into who did my tires and call me back that afternoon. He did not. 3. Then I got an email saying that i had missed my appointment and that they hoped i would reschedule! 4. So i googled them and found this: Mavis Tire is currently involved in major litigation, including settling most wrongful death lawsuits regarding a 2018 New York limousine crash that killed 20 people. Accusations include faulty brake repairs and covering up safety issues. The company has also settled lawsuits for sex discrimination, religious discrimination, and deceptive business practices, paying millions in damages. Update: A couple hours after posting this review, Gary called and apologized for not calling yesterday as promised,
